Rattler Family, at Magazine Schools, we want to provide as many learning opportunities as possible for our students. Today (Thursday, Sept. 14), we offered a Beginner Theatre Dance/Tap Class after school. Students had a great time learning new skills. Next week, instructor Shanna Moore, who is the K-12 Social-Emotional Counselor, will be offering a combination class of Strengthening/Conditioning and Acro Yoga. Any student in grades 7-12 is welcome to attend. Classes are offered each Thursday from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at the Magazine Elementary Safe Room. See Ms. Moore for more information. The 40th annual Magazine Community Homecoming will be on Oct. 28, and to promote the event, we are conducting a contest to see who can create the best t-shirt design for the event.
