The third annual Coach Robert Dean Memorial Toy Toss Game will be the senior boys game, which will begin at about 6:30 p.m. Fans are encouraged to bring a new or slightly used soft toy to the game to toss onto the court after the Rattlers score their first point(s). Magazine Schools Athletics Department has a fun, exciting opportunity for you to help make Christmas brighter for those area children. Its third annual Coach Robert Dean Memorial Toy Toss Game will be on Friday (Dec. 20) at Diamondback Arena when Magazine hosts Scranton. It will be a two-game night with the senior high girls tipping off at 5 p.m. and the senior high boys following at about 6:30 p.m. Everyone is encouraged to bring a soft toy to the game, and when the Rattlers score their first point(s) against the Rockets in the senior high boys game, you will toss your toys onto the court in celebration. All toys and cash donations collected will go toward our area Toys for Tots campaign to provide Christmas gifts for our area children of families in need.
