Rattler Family, we will be offering offsite vision services this school year at Lasater Eye Center in Booneville. Your student will be transported to and supervised at their clinic in Booneville and will be transported back to campus after their appointment. We will send home a letter from the optometrist that will describe the result of the exam. If students are used to picking out their own glasses, they will be able to do that also, and if any parent wants to come for their student's appointment, arrangements can be made for that to happen. Registration paperwork will be sent home with elementary school students in grades 3-6 and will also be available in the elementary school office. Junior high and high school students in grades 7-12 may pick up registration forms in the high school office. All paperwork must be completed, and services will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.
