Rattler Junior High and High School Parents and Students, Cheerleading tryouts will be held on Monday (May 5) th at 4 p.m. in the safe room on the Elementary Campus. For tryouts, your child will need a plain red shirt, black shorts and tennis shoes. They will wear their hair up in a ponytail, out of their face. Students should come to the safe room immediately after school to get ready for tryouts. Please note that tryout practices are mandatory Wednesday (April 30) from 3:30-5 p.m. and Thursday and Friday (May 1-2) from 3:30-5:30 p.m.. Failure to attend practices can result in being cut from the squad. On Saturday, May 3, there will be an optional practice from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. during which time there will be a mock tryout and help for athletes who want extra practice time.
